  • Thank you for your interest in the Neighborhood Clean-up Container Program. The program is provided on a no charge basis for the disposal of debris / solid waste on your property. An authorized, scheduled container is delivered on Friday afternoon and picked up on Monday morning. There is no cost for this program unless the load contains prohibited items. The application below is utilized for quality control and record keeping of the Neighborhood Clean-up Container Program. This will ensure that the program is being used properly and effectively.

  • PROHIBITED ITEMS:

  • Appliances, tires, household hazardous waste, construction materials, dead animals, flammable or hazardous materials.

    • Relocation of the container is prohibited at any time. The container must remain in it’s original state where it is placed/dropped-off on the property until it is retrieved by the city.

    • Household hazardous waste consists of items such as anti-freeze, solvents, brake fluid, transmission fluid, batteries, cleaning solvent, polishes, oven cleaner, pool chemicals, paint, paint thinner, paint stripper, spray paint, weed killer, pesticides, insecticides, sprays, dusts, poisons, gas, motor oil and filters.

    • Construction materials are defined such as concrete, brick, rocks, stones, dirt, soil.
  • PLEASE NOTE:

    • Application must be approved prior to delivery of container and will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

    • Applicant must have a driveway free and clear of debris and/or vehicles for the placement of the container on the day of the delivery. If the driver is unable to deliver the container the applicant will have to re-apply.
    • Applicant requesting use of the clean-up container will be responsible for costs associated with prohibited items found in the dumpster.

    • Delivery date may be subject to change.

  • TO: CORPUS CHRISTI CODE ENFORCMENT AND SOLID WASTE OPERATIONS I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI CODE ENFORCEMENT DIVISION AND SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO PAVEMENT, CURBING, DRIVING SURFACES, OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY DAMAGE THAT COULD BE ATTRIBUTED TO THE CITY EQUIPMENT ENTERING THE PROPERTY AND SERVICING AN AGREED-UPON AREA FOR THE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION OF THE LITTER CRITTER CONTAINER. THIS AGREEMENT AND WAIVER ARE MADE IN CONSIDERATION FOR THE CITY’S PROVIDING SAID SERVICES.
